Electrolux Fridge Pedestal Bracket | Part 140036219016 (PETG/PLA)
CLIENT REQUEST
> Must fit his original Electrolux fridge handle (EBE Series),
> Added strength to the original and,
> Preferred silver in colour.
Direction of print & fitment were considerations to allow the product to blend into the fridge.
Having been on the lookout for this part for years, the client was extremely happy with the final result.
The original bolts were M4x10mm. It was advised to change it to M4x12mm bolts for a better hold.

> A replacement part for his chainsaw cover,

The client received updates throughout the prototyping process which involved two test fittings.
Details were added for strength and accuracy to the original part. This was printed in ABS.
The cover was printed at an angle for added strength at the locations of known stress.

Cube Reaction Hybrid Pro 400 MY19 | Engine Guard (ABS)
CLIENT REQUEST
> A replacement bash plate for his Cube eBike,
> Reinforce weak area - already once replaced with a crack at the same place,
> Black in colour and weather resistant.
The client provided the old cover, superglued together, which was used to model the new cover. (Bosch PowerTube 400 Pro engine cover)
As the original had very little space for flex, test fitment was required to ensure the engine was fully protected from future impact. Improvements made.
The part was printed at an angle to ensure greater impact strength as the layers were not aligned. Additional beam was printed for added underbelly strength.

Well-considered design that allowed the walls of the Breville Cap Attachment to sit on the sides, while dropping below to the drain.
This removable grill allows for a style-change, and an easy clean when required.
Curvaceous design and colour to match the Breville Infizz Fusion. The client was thoroughly impressed.
