Shipping Policy

Made to Order & Processing Times

All our products are printed to order, meaning we create them specifically for you once you place an order. Production times vary depending on the item, material, and current order volume. Please allow 1-3 business days for printing before your order is shipped.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Timeframes

We use trusted carriers such as Australia Post and CouriersPlease for deliveries. Estimated delivery times (excluding production time) are:

  • Free Shipping (3-7 business days) - Spend $10.00+
  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – from $10.00
  • Express Shipping (1–3 business days) – from $16.00
  • Local Pickup (Waitara & Glenhaven) – Free

Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and external courier delays beyond our control.

Authority to Leave & Delivery Risk

By default, our deliveries have "Authority to Leave" without a signature. By selecting delivery, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Transfer of Liability: Once the courier has confirmed that the parcel has been delivered to the specified location, the delivery is considered complete. 3D Advanced Handcrafted Designs and our partner couriers are no longer responsible for the parcel.

  • Risk of Loss or Theft: You accept all responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft that may occur after the parcel has been left at your premises. We cannot provide replacements or refunds for items that go missing after a confirmed "Safe to Leave" delivery.

  • Proof of Delivery: A GPS timestamp and/or a photo taken by the courier at the time of delivery will serve as definitive proof that the order was fulfilled.

  • Courier Discretion: Please note that if a courier deems a location "unsafe" (e.g., a high-traffic sidewalk or an area exposed to weather), they may choose not to leave the package and instead take it to a local collection point for your protection.

International Shipping

International Shipping is available. Although we've charged a standard fee, if you're certain it is over the amount for your country, please reach out and the remaining amount will be refunded. Please contact us at customerservice@3dadhd.com.au to do so.

Tracking & Lost Parcels

All orders include tracking. If your package is delayed, please check the tracking link in your confirmation email. If a parcel is lost or missing, contact us within 10 business days so we can assist in locating your order.

Returns & Refunds

Since all products are custom printed, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, on the rare chance your item arrives damaged or defective, please email returns@3dadhd.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will assess the case and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
